Back in 2006 I opened a Columbia House DVD Club account, bought MORE than my three movies and thought I was done. This year a report shows up on my credit from Columbia House DVD Club. After doing some investigating and calling the collection agency, I find out that there is some fine print, somewhere, that says this contract renews every year! So even though I thought I met my obligation, I had not; those agreements renew annually WITH NO NOTICE TO YOU! I am disputing the collection.

Had I known of this automatic renewal, I would have cancelled it. Now they want me to pay for a hidden obligation that I did not even know I had. They are calling it a breach of contract...

I never saw the fine print in the online information I read...
