I have has an account with CH for years. I placed my account on enhanced status, which means I no longer received the Director's choice or annoying e-mails related to sales. That expired as of May 1, 2008. So CH decided to sned me an e-mailthat I need to select my directo'r choice. I did not want it and closed my account. I get an e-mail today stating that my director's choice is on it's way. I called and they would NOT cancel this order. I need to receive and return it for a refund. This company is a rip off and NO one should do business with them!!!!

There are MANY other choices like Amazon.com to purhcase DVD's at good prieces and much cheaper shipping rates. I hope this message hets out there and severley damages CH business!!!!

It's simple, don't give 'em your credit card info. I have an account with them and I have yet to give them any credit card info. I use the bill me option when I order and pay by money order or check.
